Jessica heads up our franchise department, recruiting and awarding new franchisees across the UK. In her spare time, she enjoys socialising with family and friends, traveling to new destinations and of course relaxing in her hot tub after a successful day at work!

With 30 years of experience in everything Outdoor Leisure, Mark is a walking bible of all things Hot Tub and Landscapes.

Leading a specialised team of 23 (and growing), to deliver exceptional customer experience through superior industry and product knowledge, range and service.

Luke is a great representative for Award Leisure Franchise. Having moved over from the accounts department he has great understanding of the company structure and knowledge of the future plans and aspirations Award Leisure Franchise have.

He has long term goals to grow his career within the Franchise Department under mentorship from the Franchise Development Manager. Away from work Luke enjoys having a beer with his friends and watching the football on the weekends.

From knowing every inch of the inside of a hot tub or every type of drill or screwdriver needed to erect an outdoor cabin, Paul has the know how.

Operating 3 award winning showrooms, 2 international warehouses, Paul manages the day to day business operations. When he is not working he enjoys long walks with his wife and their little Westie dog.

Dan is the man! Daniel is the knowledge and wisdom behind everything you need to know about hot tubs whether this be fixing, fitting, or servicing. He manages our outstanding customer service team and engineers.

Away from work Dan loves a beer with the lads and spending time with his two beautiful young daughters.

Gemma helps to run the Customer Service Team. It’s her passion to make sure that every customer is happy, right from when they enter our showroom for the very first time, through the ownership of their hot tub. Her goal is that every customer has a positive impression of the company.

“There is nothing more rewarding than a satisfied customer. I love to mentor the other members of the team, giving them the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to increase customer satisfaction. Away from work I spend most of my time with my lovely family, my husband and two amazing daughters”.

Charlotte is behind driving our sales team to providing customers with amazing deals!

Charlotte and the team sold over 360 hot tubs last year across our 3 owned Award Leisure Showrooms

Julia is a fantastic ambassador for Award Leisure, joining the business straight from school as an apprentice, she has worked her way up through the business from shop assistance to becoming the top sales consultant nationwide. This year alone Julia has sold over 75 hot tubs. Her biggest love other than hot tubs is food!

“I am so passionate about my job, it doesn’t feel like work. It’s fun, all I do is talk for a living and meet new people. I love engaging with customers on a personal level. The products are such an easy sell as they are what they say they are - quality, unique and one of a kind”.

Amanda (Wife of Mark) started the business with Mark selling landscaped garden ornaments on the market and has helped grow and develop the company for over 30 years. Her key role is looking after every penny going out and coming in.

“It is very rewarding seeing how far the company has come, we have a fantastic team at Award Leisure – it’s like one big family!”.

Thomas is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to the companies specifications. Strives to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

“Working at Award Leisure has given me experience in working with many different programming languages, including but not limited to: JavaScript, SQL, PHP and many more.”

Ruby works alongside the Marketing Department to deliver effective, aesthetic and on-brand content for email templates, social media graphics, banner ads and videos to achieve our company’s marketing objectives. Ruby is currently studying Digital Marketing as an apprentice and is eager to develop her knowledge in order to grow her career within the Marketing Department, as a Graphic Designer. Away from work, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
